autonomy, and emotional balance. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that have carried pain or perfectionism for too long, and we’ll invite compassion, clarity, and calm back into your life.
I integrate practical tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and exposure therapy to help manage anxiety and stress, while weaving in Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. My style is gentle but direct, emotionally attuned, and rooted in safety and pacing. I value structure and intuition in equal measure — helping you build coping strategies that work in everyday life while also deepening your insight and connection to self. Whether you’re facing burnout, grief, relationship strain, trauma recovery, or simply the growing awareness that something in your life needs to shift, this work is about helping you come home to yourself — with self-compassion and intention.Therapy that honors your pace, your story, and your growth — at every stage of life.If you’re ready to begin, reach out today. You don’t have to carry it all alone. Together, we’ll create space for healing, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.

LCMHC-A
If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward — you’re not alone. Life’s transitions can stir up questions of identity, purpose, and belonging at any age. Whether you’re navigating the stress of young adulthood, the shifting roles of midlife, or the reflective season of later life, therapy can be a grounding space to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover yourself.
My approach is person-centered and deeply relational — guided by empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and work collaboratively to foster self-understanding,

We all have a story and we need to tell that story in order to understand it. I work from a CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) approach to provide a safe place for people to tell their stories and explore new ways of seeing, understanding, and taking intentional action in their own story.
Having previously spent 12 years in youth ministry, and 8 as a teacher of middle/high school students, I have a passion for helping teenagers and young adults to figure out the hurdles of life and decide how to manage
stress, anger, and anxiety and how to engage their own growth. This same passion applies to adults who face the complexities of work, marriage, finances, relationships, and spiritual issues. Providing a peaceful, safe place to work through past or present chaos is my goal from the moment you walk into the room.
I am currently in my final semester of training at Liberty University to earn a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. My past experience has equipped me to offer pastoral counseling and my continued training informs me in providing CBT based counsel to those who crave safety, healing, and eventual growth.
