Josh Gardner
We all have a story and we need to tell that story in order to understand it. I work from a CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) approach to provide a safe place for people to tell their stories and explore new ways of seeing, understanding, and taking intentional action in their own story.
Having previously spent 12 years in youth ministry, and 8 as a teacher of middle/high school students, I have a passion for helping teenagers and young adults to figure out the hurdles of life and decide how to manage
stress, anger, and anxiety and how to engage their own growth. This same passion applies to adults who face the complexities of work, marriage, finances, relationships, and spiritual issues. Providing a peaceful, safe place to work through past or present chaos is my goal from the moment you walk into the room.
I am currently in my final semester of training at Liberty University to earn a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. My past experience has equipped me to offer pastoral counseling and my continued training informs me in providing CBT based counsel to those who crave safety, healing, and eventual growth.

EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Faith-Based Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing skills. Her focus is to maintain a deep compassion and thoughtfulness in your mental health journey.
In areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship discord, and life transitions, Andie provides tools to help you feel empowered to make changes toward your specific goals. She strives to help people overcome hopelessness and negative behavioral patterns in order to create a mindset that allows them to experience positive self growth.
Serving clients in the mental health field is a calling that should not be taken lightly. Everyone is human and faces hardship. Andie believes that we are not meant to do this alone. There is strength in acknowledging our fears, struggles, and needs. Allow yourself to stop and reflect on what this means for you today, and reach out.
